PremiumAV Private Limited respects your privacy. This policy explains what data Maya OneDesk collects and how we use it.
Account details (name, email, company), the business data you enter (orders, clients, documents, etc.), and technical logs (IP, device, activity) used for security and support.
To provide and secure the Service, process subscriptions, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell your data.
Your company's data is logically separated from other companies. Only your authorised users (and our platform administrators for support/maintenance) can access it.
Data is hosted on our infrastructure in India (or as agreed). We retain data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, hashed passwords and audit logging. No method is 100% secure; you also share responsibility for safeguarding your credentials.
We share data only with service providers necessary to run the Service (e.g. hosting, payment) under confidentiality, or where required by law.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
